Answers: I don't think the mold is the problem, I think it's nobody is cleaning in your house!
I've had mold before too, but they make something amazing for it, it's called a sponge and cleaning liquid!

Sounds like you have a floor to replace, so get to work and next time don't let it get so yucky, cleaning with bleach is good now and then to.
Mushrooms are a mold. What you have is from the dampness and biological environment of the floor. To care for it: use about three or four ounces of bleach (common household variety) to hot soapy water and scrub the heck out of the entire area then, let it dry good.

Try and keep it clean. You can achieve this by using something like Lysol to help kill the molds.

Do not mix any soaps without reading the directions first, with bleach. You can create a deadly gas.
Mushrooms are a fungus...not a mold.

Your floor needs to be replaced...and a high-powered fungal spray used on other wet, dark areas.

Go to a Feed Store...the anti-fungal solutions they sell for use in horse stalls, etc. just might be your answer. Ask the guy there about use around humans, and use in closed-in places.

If it's cleanable, you'll want your family and yourself to be able to breathe after cleaning. Look at this website for allergy user as they have quite a few things you can use to clear up the mold situation. But even after cleaning it out, you need to use at least once a week to keep the mold from growing back.
