Contacts drying out way more than they should even with rewetting drops??
Answers: Sometimes if my contacts are dry, I take them out and soak them in solution for a little while. That way my eyes get a little break and when I put my contacts back in they're much more comfortable.
MINE ARE WORSE IN THE SUMMER WHEN I'M OUT DOORS MORE AND IN THE AIR. I'VE TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT BRANDS, USE MORNING AND NIGHT. I'VE WORN CONTACTS FOR 20 YEARS NOW. SURE HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE THEM UP.
sometimes the problem is that your contacts arent the best choice for your eyes. ive had this problem too & ive been refitted with different brands a few times. each time my contacts get better but i still find every once in a while that i cant stop blinking at the end of the day. but good luck!
I used to wear contacts (Now I got the LASIK) But I used to have a lot of problems. Some brands are better than others. ANd even if it says you can sleep in them take them out clean and soak everynight.
Try using contacts that are made for dry eyes like H20 etc. ask your eye doctor. Lens solution makes a big difference too. I use Clear Care and that solved a lot of problems. Also are you around direct heat? Like Oven or hot steam? that may cause your lenses to dry out too.
