Why do I have constant symptoms of flue. I still have very itchy eyes??

Question: but my docotor tell me it is not an allergy. I just feel rotten all the time.
Answers: It does sound like you may be allergic to something, but I am pretty sure that your immune system is not up to scratch. If it was then you would not be experiencing your current symptoms.
The immune system is at the root of all illnesses and conditions. There are products out there, totally natural, that work. If you would like the proof for yourself, as I did, then visit this site.
www.Glyco.com/Glycosaurus. Look at the vast number of testimonies.
If your doctor is unable to tell you what is wrong go to another doctor.
You could try an over the counter allergy medicine and see if that helps you
Check out www.hufa.org - the yeast link - and the symptoms page. These are two separate conditions that definitely caused my itchy eyes - and other symptoms too.
Get a second opinion, if this doctor isn't doing you any good.
you could have hay fever too
that would explain the flue symptoms and the itchy eyes
Swap doctor's..
What season of the year is it where you are?

For years and years I thought I got some sort of strange flu or cold all year long, runny nose, muscles tired & sore, itchy watering eyes, and it took forever for me to work out I had Hay Fever, just allergy to spring flowers pollen. I also get it when I handle PotPourri (dried scented flowers mix) it is the dust/pollen that attacks my sinuses and immune system

I now use NRG instant tea crystals from Herbalife. Very cheap to buy, and I will have 2-4 cups in one day, and that will take care of it for a few days, and when I get Hay fever again, I just drink a couple more cups of NRG tea.

Been using this for over ten years, and still works a treat for me... spring is just starting here and I have had my first couple of cups of NRG tea for the season!
could be glandular fever google it for more info.

I had it in my early twenties like having flu for 6 months was really bad
try taking piriton or washing ur eyes out with cold boiled water to sooth the eyes
try vitamin C 1000 mg a day,, try seeing if you are allergic to food, and if you have animals vacuum regularly,

I also agree about finding a new doctor,
Its quite possible you have conjuctivitus, this usually takes hold when your immune system is at a low, ie whilst fighting flu etc.
Crusty eyes in the morning is a prominent symptom. Couple odf days of eyedrops from your doctor will sort the itchy eyes. :)
I agree with everyone else; its hay-fever or similar allergy. Also don't use feather/down pillows or quilts/duvets. Use protectors on your pillows and mattress. If possible have floorboards instead of carpets because no matter how much you clean them they will always harbour dust-mites. Get rid of your doctor.
you can have flu like symptons when you are in contact with carbon monoxide cheak your place of dwelling....... you can buy patch detectors from most supermarkets
