sherbet ice cream with fruit.
My friend has a little boy with egg, dairy, and peanut allergies. For his first birthday she made him a cake using applesauce instead of eggs. It was actually pretty good too! You would have to check the other ingredients in the cake before you make it, but it was fine for him. Good luck! :)
Egg replacer:
1 1/2 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1 tsp baking powder
Great cake!:
6 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cold water
Sift dry ingredients into a 7 x7 baking pan Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Put vinegar, oil, and vanilla in different holes. Pour over all the 1 cup of cold water. Mix with a fork until well mixed. Don't forget the corners. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 min. Frost while in pan.
My changes:
We add 2 eggs and a little extra sugar.
It makes AWESOME cupcakes!
