What is good for constant nose bleed.??

Put an ice pack on the back of your neck.
Slows down the blood flow to your head.
Check with your dr. You could have a ruptured blood vessel that will need to be cauterized.
Take iron pills.

DON'T tilt your head back; then the blood will down your throat. Keep a tissue on it; if it doesn't slack any after about 10-15 minutes, keep some in, or get cotton balls or something.
If blood gets on your clothes, use COLD WATER.
I would put a humidifier in your room at night and drink lots of water because its usually because of dry air. i always get nose bleeds in winter when the air is super dry! i hate them. Good luck i hope this helps.

A friends kid used to get bloody noses daily. She would swab it with vasoline. Get a Q-Tip and vasoline place it inside your nostril and whip repeat on other side. Try this once or twice a day. it will keep it moist so the in side will not crack and bleed. Good luck
