Why is my nose always stuffy and i always breath through my mouth??
Question: hi im 19, 120 lbs 5'8 .. and ever since i was a kid, my nose is always been stuffy it dsnt run or anything just hard to breath through my nose and i always breath through my mouth. only times when my nose is easily breathable thorugh is during physical activity or when drinking alot of water slowly.. i went to see a doctor and xray my nose before and they didnt tell me i had any problems? just Why cant i breath through my nose like everyone else =(
Answers: Have you seen an Ear Nose and Throat specialist about this? I think that should be your next step, as breathing through the mouth continually can actually cause damage to your teeth and gums (ask your dentist!).
get a 2nd opinion... you may have a polyp or deviated septum.
i had the same problem untill i was 12 turned out my allergies were just really bad. Clariton fixed everything
You could have allergies or sinus problems that can cause a constant stuffed nose feeling. Have you ever tried simple decongestants or even a saline nasal spray to keep the nasal passages moist? Try it and see if it helps!
I kinda got the same problem you do.Guess its from being dried out.Just drink more water.

Maybe you get 2nd opinion. Try to go to the EENT specialist. Or maybe you have a sinusitis bec. I feel the same way. Sometimes i breathe in the mouth bec you feel that there is something inside your nose that your having hard time to breathe.
