Eating in France, with food allergies, Any suggestions??

Question: I am allergic to seafood, all kinds, fish of any kind, worchestsire sauce, and honey. I end up in the hospital unable to breathe. I want to go to France and enjoy all it has to offer, but I am very concerned with eating there. Does anyone know of restaurants that I can eat at and enjoy that don't serve these kinds of foods? I am also hypoglycemic so I have to have a certain amount of protein each day. Or even places that would not be offended by an American requesting information on how they prepare there food and if its pre marinated etc. Or would I just be better off going to a local grocery store and buying my food while I am there? Any help or advice on this would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Answers: You would probably be better of buying and preparing your own food at a grocery store or market. However, you could memorize the ingredients and prep methods of certain popular foods so that you would know what to choose on a menu if you wanted to go to a restaurant.
