My daughter who is 8 yrs old is suffering from a tummy ache for the past 2 years.has headaches too.any remedy??

Two Years???!! What have you done about this? Go freak out and check with a doctor. I know I would!!!
Have you tested her for food allergies/intolerance? I went untested until I was about 12 years old and after most meals would roll around on the floor with a terrible stomach ache as well as runny nose, and blocked sinus passages, sometimes leading to headaches. Turns out that milk on my cereal, a glass with dinner, and cheese for an afternoon snack was the culprit. This was a dialy routine, and a daily problem. Just something to check out. I suffered greatly as a kid form several allergies/intolerances, but now I know what to avoid and am doing much better. Intolerances can build up over time and not be present in the beginning, so its worth at least getting tested for and trying an elimination diet if necessary. Good Luck
