I feel so depressed all the time....??
Question: I have recentley been feeling very ugly and not attractive. I won't go out anymore. I just feel very sick all the time. The only way I feel good is when Im drinking. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with me.
Answers: I think you're a fox. Alcohol is the exact opposite thing to do for depression. Trust me. It's making you feel worse about yourself.
Find a hobby (for me it was the gym) and focus all that negativity into something good.
Consult a physician too. It's possible this could be more of a medical problem.
Try talking to a good friend about your feelings...it's not advised to resort to drinking. You may need professional help to help with your depression. Best of luck.
Well sounds like your depressed too. Put down the drink, allyour issues will be waiting for you when you wake up from your stooper. You need to talk to someone, a friend ,a relative, a coworker or better yet your doctor. You are not ugly! You need to get some friends together and go out and rev up your metabolism out dancing ( Not Drinking!!) and feel the endorphins from that. The only ugly thing you have right now is a messed up relationship which is dragging you down. Alcohol and drugs are not answers, If you continue drinking, you could end up visiting me at work and that is not a good thing. Trust me. Life is worth more than a empty bottle.
Well dump the abusive boyfriend and find a new one who makes you feel good about yourself.
Drinking won't solve anything.
It sounds like you are very depressed. Alcohol will just make it worse. Take it from one who's been there...done that...it stinks. And I'll have you know that God don't make junk. You are not ugly. Even though I've never met you, I know for sure that you are NOT ugly. It also sounds like you have too much time on your hands to feel sorry for yourself. Yes, my dear, you need to get out. Whether you feel like it or not. Feelings aren't the most reliable gauge of what you should or shouldn't do and will often let you down. Just because I feel like a steaming pile of horse hockey doesn't mean I am! The down side of alcohol is...you'll have to continue drinking the stuff to feel good, never letting the buzz wear off. Did a guy blow you off? Dump you? Did your best friend steal your guy and call you a scuz or other nasty name? Forgettaboutthem. You are worth more than that. You deserve better than the life of a drunk. Alcohol is not your friend. It's always stealing your money, your time, and your memories. You'll end up crying more. What to do? Well, not knowing how old you are, I don't know what you can and can't do. But, volunteer work is very rewarding. It gets you outside yourself and allows you to see another side of life. There are many things you can volunteer at, depending on your age. Volunteer at your local humane society and brush out the dogs, play with the kittens or talk to a frightened animal. Find a local chapter of Habitat For Humanity and help at a building site being a gopher (go for this, go for that), or help paint. How about being a reading buddy at a classroom and help a kid read better. How about getting involved with a youth group or young adult group at church? My daughter is on their softball team, but she also joins in with bowling, movies and other activities. She also was involved with alcohol, as well as pills, and has overcome her situation. It is do-able, you just gotta want it. Now, if I believe in you, think how much more others, who know you, do too. No one wants to see you destroy yourself. You were put here for a purpose. You need to find that purpose and grab hold with both hands & don't let go. The only thing that's wrong with you is focus. You are focused on the wrong things, on the negative. Without knowing you, I know you want better for yourself, and that's positive. Get dressed, little one, and get out among people...and live. <*)))><
Just like the others said, seek professional help and do not turn to alcohol. It will only make things worse!
As far as your looks go, you are, indeed, one serious fox! Every woman should be so ugly !
find a church to go to, pray that the Lord Jesus will lift that depression from you mind body and soul. If you are in a depressing situation or relation try your best to get out of it, remember you body and soul is your temple and you must know your on worth, you must understand that the lord jesus christ love you and he died for your sins. So that means that you are a child of God. So Ask the Lord Jesus christ to forGIVE you for your sins and move on with you life. Its the knew year, you owe it to your self... KNOW YOUR ON WORTH AND REALIZE THAT YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD, STEP OUT ON FAITH...
