Muscle sorness??


Question: i heard from a basketball coach once that if you take a bath and put asprin caplets in the water it will help reduce soreness the next morning. is it true?
Answers: Forget the aspirin tablets! Take a mineral salt bath! Better yet take a bath with a 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup sea salt.(available at health food stores or the health section of your local grocer.)You can find an array of pre-mixed bath salts to ease sore muscles. Don't forget about meditating and breathing deep to re-oxiginate muscles. Most important drink all your daily 8 glasses of h20 a day! Namaste.
i think it would be better to take the aspirin tablets and put them in your mouth. but taking a warm/hot bath/soak will help eliminate some of the lactic acid that builds up in your muscles.
