Inuit people only eat fat, meat and fish. Why don't they get heart disease or scurvy??

Answers: The Inuit have to invest a lot of energy into getting those food items. So unlike most people that drive to the store to get their food, they actually have to work for it, which burns the fat that they consume.
I don't think that's their exclusive diet in present day, but even then their genetics are much different than ours as far as heart disease. I don't know why they don't get scurvy though. Maybe summer berries.
