How can deal with anxiety due to job stress??
Answers: Yo...I am dealing with the same thing...Still haven't found the answer...Sometimes you just have to curse folks out at work...LOL...
Realize that a job is somewhere you go to make money and it shouldn't be allowed to affect other areas in your life-your happiness and well being in this case. As a coworker of mine says I ain't gonna let anyone here steal my joy! . Rome wasn't built in a day, so you should realize that you can't do everything at once. Your home life, health, & family are the most important things. Would your job care if you died tomorrow? Probably not, they'd just replace you. So why stress yourself out for something like that???? It's probably affecting all other areas of your life as well. Work to live, not live to work.
