Breakfast (Aprox. 200 Kcal)
1 glass of orange juice or a cup of tea or a cup of coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener 1 apple or 1 banana and 1 rye cracker or bread with jam and/or low fat spread
Snack (Aprox. 100 Kcal)
An envelope of ready made low fat soup or fresh vegetables (such as carrot, cucumber,etc...)
Lunch (Aprox. 300 Kcal)
Salad with some or all of the following ingredients : Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, peppers, corn, low fat cheese, kidney beans, peas. Optional low fat salad dressing: 1 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce
Last Meal (Aprox. 170 Kcal)
Fat free or low fat fruit yogurt and/or one of these fruits: orange, nectarines, peach, apple Total: Aprox. 770 Kcal

I've heard a water flush is the best way to get your health on track. You drink nothing but water (and I mean lots of water) for 2-3 days. I think there are some light light foods that you can eat during that time, but I think it's mostly fluids. The only drawback from what I heard, is you'll break out in pimples afterwards, and you will also be going tothe bathroom..ALOT...But it's supposed to get all the toxins out of your body. Now if your ILL, the best thing is rest, salty foods, and soups. =) hope this helped.

1-Eat well, but do not over-eat. Try to avoid excessive fat, junk meals in general, and sugar.
2-Take some vitamins and minerals supplements for a couple of months
3-Drink plenty of water (approx. 2 liters per day)
4-Do not drink/smoke/inject toxic substances/drugs
5-Have a good rest every day
6-Get rid of stress
7-Do something useful, for yourself and for someone else.
8-Relax
