What things could you sincerely suggest to avoid getting too stressed out at work??

Answers: Just never compare yourself with other people, or compare your works with other people's works. I mean it's good if this kind of tension is in small scale but if you make it to be a big issue, you would definitely feel totally stressed out and feel like quitting before long :S

Always plan out what you're going to do so you won't skip the breakfast, lunch whatever

I think you better check out this website too because there's a lot of tips and advices for you. There's a lot of topics, so you might wanna try the self improvement section

Good luck!

I hope this help. :)

Take up a hobby.. Learn to play the guitar or join a basketball team, do exactly what you feel like doing every now and then..
You need to take it one thing at a time.At work alot of times the thought of having so much to do in a certain amount of time gets overwhelming.Just take it one thing at a time, figure out what needs to be done first(which is more important).Set everything else aside and forget about it until you finish this one thing.Once you finsh that do the same with the next.
At work you should be relaxed(haha, right?).Its actually not hard to be relaxed at work, dont take your stresses from home and everywhere else with you to work.Let the work be your escape.I know employees can be a pain, and your boss is strict probably you know the typical work stuff, but you just have to tone that out.Listen to what they have to say,but tone out the negative in any of their comments. If its nothing but negative twist it to be positive.(example): if your boss makes suggestions to you about the way you work being improved.Automaticly our minds think Oh My God,Im doing my job wrong, hes going to fire me,he has it in for me That is our reaction once we get that in our minds, its hard to get out.So then we keep going on, If he fires me what am i going to do? where am i going to find another job? What am i going to do til i find another job? and it keeps going on because that is what our mind tells us until it stresses us out and makes us nervous and totally throws off the concentration that you had on the actually work. So,if someone were to say that, you need to translate that in your mind.Instead of letting your mind translate a comment that actually isnt negative at all,to something negative that just keeps your mind going turn it positive. So say the boss says something to you about your job performance.Instead of getting in the defensive and negative mode, change it to He is suggesting ways for me to improve, ill take those suggestions. It is positive because he is helping me out and there is always room for some improvement Its simple to do,and you just have to control the mind rather than let the mind control you.
Take deep breaths! Don't panick. The moment you do you will stress yourself out. Take a step back (not literally) and make a plan of how you are going to organise what you need to do. Prioritise.
Speak to someone you work with and perhaps deligate and share the tasks. Speak to your boss and see if they can perhaps suggest a way to take some pressure off you.

Good luck.
