Why do muscle get so tight??
Question: My muscles especially in my back are very tight all the time. Nothing will cause them to release. Why are they tight all the time and what can I do to release the muscles?
Answers: muscles hold onto bones - either pulling it outta place or trying to pull it into place) chances are vertebra outta place. Chances are its unilateral(one side of spine)Chiropractor? Massage therapist? AK therapist (look it up) work on the WEAK muscles to make them stronger (rather than work on tight muscle) to get muscle balance. Those 3 options have worked for me. Good luck...oh and rub arnica or tiger balm onto back
