What is the best way to cure really bad Insomnia??

Question: like 6hrs leep a night
Answers: Insomnia is a symptom, but it is a common misconception that it is a sleep disorder. Apparently, it is most often caused by sleep disorders. Other reasons are due to fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs and caffeine.

Finding the underlying cause of insomnia is usually necessary to cure it.

People use herbs such as valerian, chamomile, lavender, hops, and/or passion-flower. Others are :drinking warm milk before bedtime, taking a warm bath in the evening; exercising vigorously for half an hour in the afternoon, eating a large lunch and then having only a light evening meal at least three hours before bed, avoiding mentally stimulating activities in the evening hours, and making sure to get up early in the morning and to retire to bed at a reasonable hour.

Acupuncture is a good option since Chinese have been treating this for quite a long time...

Let me know if it works...
hell, if I get 6 hours, it's a good night! Talk to your doctor, or parent if you are still at home.
dont go outside, drink orange juice, sleep in the afternoon, dont go to work less than 5 times, for more info e-mail me
Developing a regular sleeping cycle will help. Going to bed at the same time every night, and getting up at the same time will help your body expect sleep every night. Try some relaxation routines to help your body and mind relax and quiet before going to bed. Getting enough exercise on a regular basis will also help your body need enough rest to assist sleep. Environment for sleep makes a difference, you may need darker curtains and a really quiet room. Try this website: http://www.womenshealth.gov/faq/insomnia...
Good luck!
use alcohol before going to bed and don't sleep in daytime
Prayer and meditation, along with even simple exercise like a short or long walk in a quiet area, i.e.- a park forest, nature trail, not busy streets. Avoid sugar and caffeine as well, especially about 6 hours before your regular sleep time. Are you a shift worker? Have your doctor advise your company that you need a regular day time shift. Keep your bedroom fairly dark and use it only for sleep, no computer or TV. Turn you phone ringer off at bedtime. Eliminate all the unnecessary stress and anxiety from your life, and even void family or friends who are the type to try to lay all their problems on you. They can suck away your energy, making it more difficult for you to help yourself. Lastly, don't ever lose hope!
