How can I get rid of nasal spray addiction??
Answers: i would suggest you stop spraying and consult a doctor..it could or may damage your health for excessive use.

Yeah that is really tough! You should ask you doctor if he has some sort of medication in replacement of a spray.
Talk to your doctor and get a prescription for a non-addicting spray like Nasonex or Astelin. I believe that these products are steroids and are non addicting.
stop using it asap and alternate with nasal saline drops/spray if you must use something after all it is just salt water and it lubricates and cleanses the nasal passages of offending allergens that may have caused you to go to nasal spray in the first place...good luck
