Whatever you do, don't call an ambulance. The best thing to do is just sit there. Don't worry if you start to black out. It's typical.
Just punish yourself further! You should feel better after cutting yourself, it releases pent up emotions.

Find another outlet......painting- take your rage out on a canvas not yourself.
