Is it true that height cannot increase after certain age?if so whtas that age??

Answers: Nothing is 100% true. One way to fight it is to hang yourself upside down for 10 min every day. Have a balanced diet and enough rest. If someone's height really stops increasing, it will be the time when one notices! Normally mid twenties whereas people at 30 something do not care any more.
Usually after your teens u dun grow anymore...
Your skeleton normally stops growing around the age of 18-19, but stuff like noses, ears and such can continue to grow another few years. This is regulated by hormones in your body and unless you have some physical fault to the processes that regulates this, you will stop growing then.
dont think about it as a age think it has to do with the way your bone develope. some people may grow for many years after other stop growing. it has to do with the way spongy bone forms and developes.
Generally as I was told by a Doctor is that girls stop growing after they have started their periods and boys will continue to grow up to the age of 21. To me I do believe this because my kids are now all the same height as they were a few year ago, after my girls started their cycles they have qui8t growing, my son is now 24 and he has not changed in height since he was 21. Now in a way it could be scarey for really tall young men. My yougest daughter has a boyfriend who justed turned 17 and he is 6'8 she may still continue to grow for another 4 years. He is already having health issues related to his rapid growth. Hope this answer helps you, I am not a Doctor, but as I said before this is what a Doctor told me when my kids were young, I was concerned about how short my kids were going to be because my ex husband and I are under 5'3. Here is the height of my kids and their ages- My son is 24 he is 5'5 my 23 year daughter is 5'3 and my 16 year old is 5'2 and this is as tall as they are going to be.
Doctors say around 18 years old for women and 21 for men. Unless that person has some kind of condition. Or simply is slow to mature along side average people. Then again, Who's average these days? lol! ;)
People usually stop growing after puberty; that is approximately 20 years old +,- 3

yes, it depend on the epiphyseal plate located on your bones. if it is already closed theres nothing you can do about it. the catch is, the time for it to close differs from every individual.
