have a nice warm cup of green tea with 2 teabags when your done drinking the tea lay down for 20 - 30 mins with the warm green tea bags on your eyes, if it hasnt helped at all then i suggest a good concealer and foundation to blend it to temporarily cover it atleast. then every day either use green tea bags or cucumbers on your eyes
preperation h it acts as a vasoconstrictor and relieves swelling. just don't get it in your eyes. or tea bags or one of those blindfold things that you can put in the freezer.
