Have you ever done Weight Watchers? If so, did it work??
Question: I am desperate to lose weight. I used to be a size 7 and in the past 5 years I went to a size 14. To be honest, I feel guilty because I really don't have time to go to the gym working and going to school full-time plus having a kitty at home...It's kind of hard to make time for it :(
So, I am thinking of Weight Watchers as a solution. Any advice?
Answers: I have the same problem, but that happened with my pregnancy. I gained a lot of weight, almost or better saying: unhealthy weight. Anyway, this is what you should try: don´t eat after 18:00 hrs, don´t drink coke etc, just water (they even found out that juices have more sugar as coke does), try to move a lot and of course: no junk food. Try to eat a lot of veggies and fruits. And with meat: chicken. Best way doing this: chicken with salad like ceaser salad.....
And you should forget about those weight watcher and other diet stuff. Because if you lost the weight and you eat normal again, all that weight is coming back. Also, try to do lot of exercices, the most of them, you can do them at home, if you have a ps2, I recommend Kinetic.
Hope I could helped you a little bit...
I dont really suggest that. The best thing to do is to excercise! Try to wake up early on saturdays(or whenever)and go running for about 1-2 hours. You will feel good after! Trust me.
no, do exercises everyday and eat healthily. you could eat anything but in a smaller portion. and eat lot of wheats and grains products.
Weight watchers is good but the time you take to go to a meeting you could have spent at the gym. The meetings are a group of people siting around after weighing in talking happy. they praise you for losing weight share secrets etc. Some people need that. Weight watchers requires exercise. Plot out a mile walk from your house and do that every evening. it s a good way to unwind and should in theory take about 30 min (brisk walk) change your diet more vegies less carbs and fat. You can do this....good luck
