Do olive oil had any side effect over new born bay if it is applied to his/her body as a massage oil..??
Answers: The only side affects would be a possible smell from the olive oil and maybe clogged pores. But if you bathe your baby afterwards it should be fine. I used vegetable oil on my daughter's head when she was showing some signs of cradle cap. It worked, but I had to use a lot of shampoo and wash her hair three times to get all the oil out. Always check with your baby's pediatrician if you're not sure. You can use baby lotion or a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic lotion or even nothing at all to give a massage. I massage my daughter a lot without using any oils or lotions. Good luck!
yupp..i think it does
no...its fine, but it can be thick and alittle smelly. try almond oil instead.
no its not harmful.infact it is good to use oliveoil.i use it for my baby massage.
I did olive oil for my kid once - she started to smell like tossed salad - stopped using it after that.
Olive oil is good.
yes you can use it ,ofcourse it must be clean and prepared correctly ,but why do you use it ,there are many more products prepared for children and infants which you can buy them from a drug store ,manyof them are gotten from herbal sources with correct and tested concentrations under supervision of specialists ,and has no harm for your sweet baby... take care
No olive oil can not affect a new born baby, infact the oli is an aniontion oil and has been used in the bible by many men of God.Just use it as it will help yor baby's skin texture.Wit Love juchop!
