Dentist office.??

Question: I went to the dentitsts office the other daay to get a filling and they had to give me a shot. During the entire procedure I had to keep my mouth open really wide. Now it hurts to open my mouth at all. Was this because of the shot? Will it go away soon?
Answers: Funny...I just got home two hours ago after root canal. The pain is from holding your jaw open so long. Take advil, the pain will go away.
Yes, your jaw got strained from holding it open so long. It will go away.
Take some ibuprofen. It will ease the pain from the shot and the strain on the jaw. I hope you feel better soon.
yes
it'll go away
The muscles in the jaw were not use to the strain of being held open so long. The pain will subside.
it is proble the shot i do not now
Yes it is normal. Just like when you go for a long walk or run and the next day your sore. It will relax. Take a long hot bath and sink in the water. Take so IB profin and go to bed in the morning you should feel better. If not (highly unlikely) call the dentist.
Ya it will go away. However take an anti inflammatory to reduce swelling. Advil dose fine.
