What's the effect of drinking soda??

Answers: Too much soda is bad for your bones, takes out the calcium, weight gain and also denies you all the good vitamins and good food, fills you up with EMPTY Calories. Not good for your teeth and gums health. Diet drinks, they say, are worse.....
Research suggests who drink a lot of soft drinks risk becoming fat, weak-boned, cavity-prone and caffeine-addicted.
I agree with Wacky1.
Excessive soda drinking can rsult in nothing-but-negative health problems. First of all, it is full of empty calories (regular soda, not diet)which is not good for keeping a healthy weight. It causes tooth decay and discoloration. It can raise blood sugar levels to dangerous highs. It is full of chemicals. It can lead to diabetes later in life. It causes excessive plaque formation, can cause gingivitis, and gum disease. IT IS JUST NOT GOOD FOR YOU!!
