Any ideas on how I can release all this pent up anger I have lately without hurting anyone??

Ask yourself why you are angry and try to resolve the cause. It works for me.
Go to the gym and exercise, or buy a punching bag; that's what works for my man.
first of all you have to ask yourself if you have an anger problem. my brother has one and he ended up hitting a guy and whooping him so bad it landed him in prison. i asked him why he said that he was just so mad and didnt even stop to think. i have an anger problem as well. before i used to smoke weed to get over it but after a while it didnt work anymore. the best thing that i learned to calm me down is sports. i joind a local boxing club and won golden gloves, learned dicipline, not only following orders but dicipline of the mind and body. take my advice get into a physical sport i am sure that you will come out on to of your problem
