I'm afraid that I almost died last night, please help??
Question: Just a little background: I'm 24, I have asthma.
Last night I had a sneezing fit, and afterwards I could hardly breathe. I decided to fight through it and not use my inhaler. After a couple of minutes of difficulty breathing I went to the bathroom.
Half of my neck, and almost my whole face had turned beet red, and my heartrate was at about 130. My face felt heavy from all the blood, which didn't dissipate for hours. My question is whether I was close to having a stroke or something?

I think you stressed your body by not using your inhaler. I would get a check-up for sure
