Will i use lose weight by drinking less pop??

Question: I was drinking up to 8 cans of pop a day and no water forever but recently. I switched over to drinkn about 8 glasses of water and some lemonade and 1 can of pop a day. will i lose weight this way?
Answers: YES, you will!!! You made a great decision for yourself...you will lose weight, your skin will be clearer, and you are saving your teeth from rotting due to all of that sugar you were consuming!!! When you were drinking 8 sodas a day, you were consuming approx. 1280 calories just from the soda alone!!! Through your switch in intake, you will only be drinking approx. 160 calories (one can) which is a HUGE difference from before. You might want to try Crystal Light lemonade, or some other low-calorie source for lemonade. You should lose about a pound a week since you need to burn 1,000 calories to lose one pound!!! Props to you!!!
yes, less sugar, less weight
Yes you will and you'll feel better for it too
Yes you will. Even diet soda has tons of sugar in it. Drink water cause you will sweat it out or you will use the toilet a lot. It goes through the system better.
yes
YES FOR SURE GOOD LUCK MATE
Yes, you'll lose weight, and save your teeth. Pop is mostly sugar.
yass my dear
Not necesarily. If you drink less pop, but eat more chips, you won't lose weight.

To lose weight you just need to cut back on food in general.
Yes, pop contains empty calories.
Yes, You will consume less calories.
yes of course
ALL THE BEST
Yep...drinking pop only increases your chances of getting diabetes...drink more water and juices...also exercise...and eat sensibly

completely eliminate pop and coffee from your diet and you will definitely lose a few pounds.
yes as long as u dont substitute it with chocolate
no,you will not loss your weight
By definition, diet soda does not contain sugar. It probably contains aspartame (please search for it on www.snopes.com- it's not nearly as bad as people say it is!) However diet drinks still contain a lot of acid so they're still horrible for your teeth.
It could be a big possibility, you will also feel better and have more energy.
No, because it makes no difference. I drink a ton of pop, maybe around a bottle a day (or more) if I had some lying around, and I haven't gained much weight.
Not that much.In order to lose weight and to keep it off, you have to exercise tremendous will power to limit the amount of food you eat in a day. There is no there way. You can diet until you are blue in the face, but as soon as you starting eating heavily again, the weight you previously lost will return with a vengence.
no you willl get skinny if tou eat 100 adygivhj g
yep i know someone who lost weight this way, obviously dont start eating another sugary item like cake cos that will just level everything back again lol
The pop wasn't making you put on wait your real worry should be how does it effect your kidneys and always drink water your notice the difference in your urine. NO YOU WON T LOSE WAIT............................
Yes, pop has a lot of sugar and carbs. in it. If you totally stop, I bet you will see a result, but I can't tell you how big or how small it will be. Good luck not getting caffeine headaches though...cause I can imagine what your body is going to go through. Advil will cure it for you though. Good luck, and make sure to STICK WITH IT! You may not see results for awhile, but make sure to stick with it.
Yes. One factor of obesity is sugar. If you drink less pop, there will be lesser sugar intake and lesser calorie intake. It can as well reduce your risk to type 2 diabetes. Water therapy is an effective and proven way to lose weight because it cleanses the body and is not harmful to health. You can continue your new system and later try to really refrain from drinking pop drinks. If you really can't resist, you can try light (coca-cola light or diet pepsi) which contains no sugar.
Yes,not only because of the sugar you're cutting away, but the sodium, too. It's a great habit to get into.

When you do have a soda, you'll enjoy it more!
