How long does it take to grow muscles if you work out alot??


Answers: well its different for everyone how long is a piece of string?
u really cant set a time period to growing muscles. its different from one person to another.
make sure u are eating lots of protein, 1 gram per pound of bodyweight daily, using protein shakes makes it more convenient. spread that out over atleast 4 meals.
stay away from cardiovascular exercises. they are great for burning fat not for gaining muscle.
dont workout more than four times a week. 1-1.5 hours a session. lifting weights. make sure workouts are intense and work each bodypart only once a week.
