My friend is suffering burning sensation on tip of penis skin after intercourse.Pl prescribe some medicine,??

Question: Five years ago there was a wound on tip of penis skin, The wound cleared but in the same place feeling burning sansation . If contious speedy intercourse , the burning sensation felt.
Answers: The head of the penis - the gland - is actually made up of thousands of nerve endings. After an injury, and the gland repairs itself, the nerves may not be rebuilt exactly right. There sometimes is scar tissue. This is just the normal course of things. He may always feel some phantom sensations. It might lessen with age, but his best course of action is to rub daily with vitamin E oil - it helps the skin repair itself, and when having sex, if it gets to be too much, have a de-sensitizing lotion handy to apply when he feels he needs it. They are available at drug store made especially for the penis. I hope that that helps.

there are a few possibilities. it is not uncommon to experience some irritation after intercourse. The fact that the burning is in the same spot makes me question if you have herpes, as it often returns to the same spot and would manifest with burning and tingling, often look like small blisters. You may also have a urinary track infection or a sexually transmitted disease. The most serious thing is that you may have a break in your skin which may make both you and your partner at greater risk for catching HIV. Don't panic, do go see a doctor, get treated, and then have a good time. Go to Healthcentral.com or Stop Aids website to get informed!
Five Years ago he might have contracted herpes and the wound was a characteristic chancre . Burning typically indicates infection...but males are not prone to infection of their penis...maybe the chick has an infection? Burning with a drip could even be gonorrhea or even chlamydia...gets a std test.
Painful penis is not normal.
