How do u learn how to do pull ups without actually doing them??
Question: Pull ups according to what I've heard are hard to do. But just wondering how do you learn to do one to you just hang there. lol
Answers: well! buddy it seems that either u r over weight or too skiny. Anyways to learn doing pull ups first of all start some basic shoulder exercises like bowling a bowl or playing badminton or tennis and the best is swimming.
After doing this much u will atleast get fit enough to start hanging, now use a stool (waist level) and pull urself up and slowly start putting ur weight on them, don't exert it too much, slowly but surely u will b able to do pull ups.
not possible, you actually have to do them. but if you're a begineer and really just want to hang there you'll have to have a buddy help u with your feet,holding them and push you up, then you gradually use your own body strength to pull you up
