Growth Hormonal Shot Worth it??
Question: Hello, I am about to turn 16 in a few months and I am only 5 ft 2. All my friends are 5 ft 8 and etc. I don't know, it feels my sports talents are limited to my height. I wanna know if this shot is worth it and how much would it add to my final growth. I am still undergoing puberty however. I have armpit hair and hair down there, but thats it. Anyone with experience of this shot please tell me your email so we can chat. Should I take it?
Answers: It might not be worth it unless you are short by heredity. You are just 16 and you still have about 4 years to grow. Believe me - some people grow until they are 22 !!
Just eat well, and exercise. Do not do weights though. Try pull-ups and a lot of swimming !
The HGH (human growth hormone) could be useful in your case because you have yet to reach your final growth spurts...however, six inches is a lot to ask of a shot of medicine, even if it is a hormone to help you grow...so if you should start to receive the shots (yeah, more than one for a while) then don't be too let down if you don't reach your disired height of 8 inches taller, etc...speak with your parents/doctor and don't be afraid to ask questions!
