My problem is that i have a hithchy rash around ma private parts, please advice??

Do you perspirate a lot? Keep your parts clean and dry, use some dry disinfection powder. If the rash are too much then consult a dermetlogist.

Try some atopical ointment for jock itch or a jock itch powder-if it clears up after a few days then that is what it is, if not consult your DR. If it does clear up continue with cleaning and use of a moisturizer in the area. No need for alarm, but continued itching and irritation can cause severe skin discoloration over time, if you are young take care of it now, it can be recurring.
