Pl. tell me how i can reduce my wieght .??


Answers: change your diet system.as i heard many people eat more for their breakfast & a bit for the dinner.i reduced my flabby body,deducting my breakfast.you better have a herbal drink instead of your large plate of food.(herbal drink-which is made using herbal trees,leaves and herbal plants.)it makes you better and healthy.
deduct taking more oil food.do exercises in the morning and night.i beleive you can have your answer immedietely.
Go jogging!!!

I jog 2 or three times a week for 15 - 20 mins and the pounds melt away!!!
work out. and cut down on calories. get up and moving, dont sit and eat junk. also sleep more.
drink water and eat salad with grilled chicken with balsamic vinegar
