Answers: cardio to lose belly fat and weight training to strenghen the muscles
Well eating a well balanced meal of: fruit vegetables and meat. doing sit ups for half an hour also helped me.
Your diet has to be spot on, do some sardiovascular exercise and some resistance esercises (eg situps) a few times a week.
