Sleeping and eating??

Question: this guy i like,(im pretty sure that he likes me) sais that he only eats dinner, and that is only a snack-- he isnt that skinny either too...

and also he sais that he has lots of trouble sleeping. and only gets a few hours of bed-rest.
i am pretty sure that there has to be a connection between the two.

and i am trying to figure out how i can get him to sleep and eat more.

-------------
but--- we are both in highschool and i only see him durring school. we still havent gone over to each others houses yet though. ---- hopefully i can talk to him about it at the mall today.
---------------

what do you all think is the reason for his condition, and what should i ask him..?
Answers: There have been numerous studies performed that have linked weight to the amount of sleep you get. Many have shown that people who get less than 6 hours of sleep a day are normally overweight. Levels of your hormones are constantly rising and dropping throughout a 24 period. Cortisol is responsible for regulating metabolism and is over-produced when the body is under stress (not getting the proper amount of sleep). Results of a lack of nutrition and sleep will lead to impaired congnitive performace, imbalanced insulin production (diabetes!!!), lowered immunity, more fat deposits (LDL=bad cholesterol), etc etc etc...!

You might want to enlighten him on the negative effects his way of living could hurt him over time. As long as you're not in his face or commanding him and if he's smart, he'll take this all seriously.
He may have a serious eating disorder, or maybe is just under stress

Talkto a doctor

some ppl actually eat when they're asleep, but they dont no it
I wish I could help --- I do agree that your observations are right, now I think about it

Don't nag him, though, he may be really sensitive about it.
