Over the counter - workout supplements??

Question: Are there any OTC suppliments that enhance testosterone production or work in any similar way to help build muscle and increase endurance during excercise?

I know there are many products that claim to work like that, but do they?
Answers: i've never used the testosterone boosting supplements because of the potential side effects. Concentrate on the big 3 exercises...bench press, squats, and dead lifts. They trigger plenty of testosterone to trigger lots of muscle growth.
Over the counter - the only supplements known to help in muscle growth are in order of success - creatine, amino acids or protein powder.

Creatine assists in about 60% of people - if you are training it is really hard to get enough protein for recovery in a solid diet so protein or amino acid supplementation helps there BUT it is the hard training that produces muscle not the supplements.

If you are zinc deficient then zinc may help in boosting testosterone levels back to normal - zma seems useful in this BUT no other legal OTC product has been proven to boost testosterone - mostly they are cons

good training good diet and good sleep are the best promoters
