Whats the quickest way to be able to bench press more. Techniques??

Answers: dont work out so much. you strain your muscles that way. bench until you strain, then rest a few minutes. bench again until you strain. rest a few days befor doin it again. your musles build when the tissues tear. your body repairs it and makes it biger to prevent tears so easy the next time. if you dont let it finsh healing you dont gain muscle so it takes longer to get stronger.
just keep doing it,
bench press increases require hard work and dedication and really strong triceps - work more on your tricep strength

as to technique - lock yourself tight on the bench slight arch in the back hips firm on the bench - when you take the weight try and pull keep your shoulder blades tight together and lift your chest as high and as expanded as possible - as the weight descends and nealry touches to your chest focus on pushing hard through your heels and then as it touches drive your arms up thinking fast as you push hard through your heels - try and really accelerate the bar at the bottom phase - think about your arms bending the bar into a U - drive your arms slightly inward at your sticking point - expiring hard at that final drive
To be honest the fastest ways are probably muscles stimulants like steroids and creatine but that is a road you don't want to go down. Never resort to that it can cause very violent mood swings and make your live miserable. The best way is to lift hard 5 days a week. One day lift heavy weight with low reps and the next day switch, lift low weight with high reps and rest on the weekend. You will be surprised how good you feel after the first few weeks. Don't resort to steroids though, I have seen it make good athletics lazy and extremely moody which will cause problems with your friends and family.
