How not remove addiction for a particular TV loveteam, sort of addiction seeing them together??
Question: not a regular TV watcher but when I watched them,can't stop thinking about their life in the drama,I surfed the net for any related stuff about them,I want them be together,its crazy to have this feeling because I know what abnormal behaviour is.
Answers: Sometimes when life has little meaning or excitement, or if ur finding it really hard coping with stuff, tv can be used as an escape. Its ok to have favourite shows until you get obsessive. Does the idea of having them as friends appeal to you more than the friends you have in real life? Maybe the friendships and life experiences you have in life are not satisfying you. If so, maybe you need to get involved in different social settings etc, try something new.
