WHAT do you do to calm yourself down when......??
Question: you are so pissed off????
Answers: Go for a walk and just have time on your own. Talk to yourself about what got you so pissed off, what you should have said, what you are going to say, but without screaming or yelling so they could know that you really mean it and that you are not just talking because you are mad..... I think that is the best as it will prevent you from getting physical with the person who caused you to get the way that you are and you will avoid saying something that you will or may regret....

I don't get mad too often. I was raised by a straight laced Tennessee mama, and getting mad and yelling was NOT ladylike. But, when some one totally pushes that button, I shake uncontrollably, and literally blow up! Shaking the whole time. That makes me mad, too, because it makes me look like I'm scared, and I'm ready to kill someone....
take a deep breath and either take a long hot bath, go somewhere where i can be by myself or call my family and talk about it. (everything ok-sher?)
Punch faces, eat acorns or hide in the sewer and pop up to scare people.
Well i think of you or look at your pictures ,that always gives me an inner calm and a warmness because of my great love and desire for you. So i would suggest looking at some of those naked pictures i sent you of me, i'm sure that will do the trick darling also just sit down for a second and think of all the good times we are gonna have sherry. 11 weeks of love making should make you a happy little bear.
I read, serious. I read anything, box, magazine, side of a beer, anything to make me calmer. It works.

I have to take a walk and be alone and take deep breaths, you can also take your thumb and your index finger and squeeze the skin on your other hand that's between your other thumb and index finger, squeeze that part for like 30 or 40 seconds and it calms you down, it's a meditation thing I heard of and it helps....you can also pray and talk to God and that helps alot...God bless
