With out going to the doctors who can you tell if someones got a form of torrets without the swearing??
Answers: You can not get a true diagnosis without using DSM (diagnostic and statistic Manual) criteria. Not in our system anyway. Must be given by a Licensed Professional. Of course you can speculate, as a lay person. There are many websites that have symptoms and criteria.... WebMD has an informational site and if you just google Tourettes Syndrome you will get all kinds of information.
