Answers: I am sorry but if you are trying to look for that, their is no such thing. You can't rehabilitate from downssyndrom, it's not a disease that will go awyay, its not even a disease, its a condition which the person is born with due to a defect in the cromosomes. The best way to handle is to accept and support, try support groups instead. There are special care homes who will take in these persons if you are not able to care for them, or don't have the means to do so. not everybody has the power to do so. Support groups and your doctor might be able to advice you best. good luck.
