Has any one else taking depakot always felt very hungry even after a big meal, or like hour or two later??

Answers: yes that is part of the weight gain thing. it affects your brain's ability to sense hunger. if you've been taking it a long time, you may want to see about changing meds. if you just started taking it, the hunger thing may wear off.
My husband has been on Depakote for awhile now and he has experienced the same thing. The dr reduced his and gave him Geodon
i take the depakote just before i go to sleep, so it wont have any side effects on me when i'm sleeping. I would say to speak to your doctor about this though.
