I m very scared of supernatural creatures(ghosts),can any one help me??
Question: i cant stop myself from thinking about ghosts and dead people and later feel scared

Try not to look at it as a negative thing. Understand that if your feeling a connection to a spirit it might be there way of communicating to you. Everyone still needs someone to talk to, even in the after life...

I believe in life after death and sometimes the dead have unfinished business and need to settle their business before they can move on. Don't be afraid, it is usually someone very close to you who died and they are watching over you.
Tell yourself - i don't believe in you, i don't believe in you, i don't believe in you, i don't believe in you! over and over, and maybe then you'll be able to forget about your fears. As a child I used to scare myself senseless thinking about these things, and then I stopped reading scary ghost stories! :p
Read up on the supernatural, take control over your fears, learn all there is to know, ghost are nothing to be afraid of.. After all they were here first!
That's because you think about it too much. How can you be afraid of something you don't even think about? There's really nothing to be afraid of. Ghosts cannot harm you, it's not like those that you see in movies.
There's nothing scary about ghosts. In fact, they're the opposite of scary. In my life, I have had a lot of paranormal experiences, so I really have no doubt that there is an afterlife. I don't have to just take it on faith because I have seen the proof. I love seeing ghosts. The sensation can be a bit unnerving, but it's otherworldly, so of course there are going to odd sensations. At this point, instead of feeling fear, I feel awe.
Besides, I know some very good spirits. My grnadmother was one of the most wonderful women I have ever known. She died while my niece was in utero. After my niece was born, she would look up at areas where no one was standing, and laugh and giggle. We all knew that she was looking at gramma, so we never showed her any pictures. Finally, at about a year old, she could speak, and my sister showed her the family photo album. My niece picked out her photo and said, That's Old Gramma.
When I was little my brothers and sisters and I (4 altogether) saw a ghost in the bedroom we were supposed to be sleeping in. We were all so scared! I was very little, but I remember somebody getting a cross from my dad's room (he just told us to go to bed) and we all went in the bathroom and stayed in there all night with the cross and the light on. Later down the road I would be scared about ghosts and stuff too. Eventually I would tell myself over and over that they didn't exist. That worked for a while, but later I could still sense when there were spirits around. Now, it's about 20 years later and I started going to church and reading the bible and found out that there is a spirit realm that co-exists with us here on earth. When the devil got kicked out of heaven, he took about 1/3 of the other angels with him. So, there are about 2/3 angels (good spirits) to help us and 1/3 (demons to hurt us). Maybe you have a gift like I do and have spiritual discernment. This is an awesome gift from God. Now, I don't believe that our old family members come back. I believe they are either in heaven or hell. The bible does say that angels are with us waiting to obey the Word of God. So all we have to go is speak the Word. The demons that try and come around, well, we get to bind them up and make them leave. Just by telling them out loud, Satan, you and all your related spirit must go now! You have no rights here, this is holy grounds and I demand that you leave and never return. After binding spirits, I usually loose for angels to come and take up that space. I say, I loose the angels of goodness and mercy, and peace, joy, honor, obedience, to come and take their place. I thank God and receive it. So maybe that's what's going on. But you don't want to watch scary movies. That only invites the demons back. And know that there is nothing to fear. Read the 91st Psalm. That has really helped me...I was afraid at first. But now I feel like a queen with power. And the Bible also says that Jesus left us with power to tread on serpents and anything wicked and nothing by any means should harm us. We are protected. But you want to stay in God's will. Like, I quit smoking, and sinning altogether. Nobody is perfect though, but as long as you continue to try you are good. But the very first thing you want to do is accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. God sent Him to be a sacrifice for any sin we will ever commit. Because Jesus came and died on the cross for our sins, we can now go to God through Him. So you can say, Jesus I accept you as my personal Lord and Savior, I believe that you came to deliver me from my sins. Thank you for being here for me. I repent for all sins that I have committed and I accept your forgiveness now. I will do my best to abide in your Word. After this, you are saved. Nothing by any means shall harm you. You have to learn more about it all though. The devil will be mad that you are on the good team and will eventually try to make things hard for you. I suggest laughing in his face and telling him to get away from you. Then demand for your angels to be there for you as in the 91st Psalm. The Bible also says that we are a royal priesthood a holy nation. So you should feel good. Like a prince, princess, queen, king. Enjoy! and welcome to the life! The good life!
