Why do things seem better after a night's sleep??

Question: Say something doomsday'ish happens during the day. You called your boss a thief, you phoned your mum and talked dirty to her, thinking it was your wife, you crashed the car... yada yada... Why is it, that after you've had a night's sleep - it doesn't seem so bad in the morning?

Obvisouly not always - if you killed someone, it'll probably still suck the next day, but the moutains that become the molehills they really are, after a night's sleep - why so?
Answers: Sleeping is the time of the night where your body rests and your soul gets charged. Body and mind are two separate entities that work in conjuction. Little issues like problems at work or in your relationship take a lot of physical energy on your body ....and mind. It is like getting into a marathon, after few miles the next mile will look longer, but at the end you will rest, and only if you are prepared for, you can take the next race fresh!!!. Your brain take the energy to aliviate the little issues, making them smaller and allowing you to take the new ones fresh!!! That is why your problems seem a little better when time pass by and night's of rest too. On the contrary, if you do not rest, your mind will be going around the issues, and your body will spend more and more energy on them... getting everything worse.
your all rested n everythings been 4-gotten,ready for another day of fun!!

What is this sleep you speak of? Who says it's not as bad next morning regardless of the topic? It's all subjective.
fresh perspective.
Because your mind had a chance to rest.
