What can I tell myself to motivate me to be in a good mood??
Question: I just got the blues. Would a walk bright and early in the morning help? What sorts of things should I tell myself? I dont know whats wrong?
Answers: Look at yourself in the mirror each morning and tell yourself, I am a good person and today WILL BE a good day. Pray for a few and ask your guardians to help you- that's what I do and rarely have a bad one!!!!! Take care!!!!
Exercise is good. Your favorite breakfeast, in your favorite chair, listening to your favorite radio station! Hope that helps!

Stand in front of a mirror, close your eyes, forget about how you actually look or how people see you, Think of the person you always think of your self as and imagine your self being; get a real good mental picture and then take a long mental look at that person: then look in the mirror at the real you.

get a note pad. every night write 3 things you are thankful for. make a little poster that you tac to the ceiling above your bed that says something like every day is an exploration stretch the moment you get up. perhaps birth control caused a change? hormones can really mess with ya. also try to compliment every person you encounter in your day. it helps to kick start positive thinking
tell yourself that your going to have a good day and go from there. oh listen to some comedy so you can laugh.

When you wake up in the AM, you should jump out of bed and yell THIS IS GOING TO BE A FREAKING GREAT DAY!!! Then call your voice mail at work and leave the message HOT DIGGITY, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A FREAKING GREAT DAY TODAY!!! .

There could be an imbalance in your neurotransmitters Serotonin, Dopamine, and Norepinephrine. These chemicals are IMPORTANT in the brain. When they are out of whack we tend to feel down.

Exersise is a great idea. It makes you motavated even if you dont want to be.. You cant feel bad when you are exerzising... it just feels good... that is good advic4e for myself too. you know somtimes it is not the mind that is imbalenced its the body, and the mind follows... pet yourself on the head and tell you lovly body it will be alright, you will do some exercise and eat better for your body...
