We all do it is called jealousy. They do not like seeing anyone having anything better than them. Here are some tips: #1 never tell them what you are up to. or your personal business
#2 don't invite them to your home or if your living at home with your parents don't invite them into your room.
#3 if they pry into your business, just let them know they are invading your boundaries and wish not to discuss any issues with them.
Be assertive and direct with them.

Yes my fathers family is like that. They swear they have a code of honor that they want us all to up hold and yet they stab you every chance they get. I have a cousin who used my brothers car as an excuse to extort 1300$ from my great grand mother and then didnt even give my brother gas money.
