Do you ever yet to the point you want to really hurt someone really bad if they have made you angry??
Question: is it a bad thing if you do should you always be calm and let things go over your head
Answers: It's OK to think about it, but not act on it. Believe me, if murder was legal, there would be a few people I know that would be the first ones to go.
I get to that point all the time with this one girl. Haven't done anything cause I don't wanna go to jail. I have to worry about my son before her dumb chicken headed A$$
I suppose everyone has these feelings sometimes, but
really, when I think about it, I don't want to hurt
people.
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails.
yes it does happen some times, but i try to keep my cool and 'torture' the person in my mind only . after i calmed down i try to think of the best way how to approach the issue or the person.
i drive myself to a point when i want to hit someone but then i relalise if i hit them they will just cause a bigger fight
sometimes.... but am much more into keep in silence & breathing deep controling myself.
every single day so far
I think its okay to get angry. but rather hit the wall or a teddy.
Id rather hurt myself then someone else
Goodness Yes!! As a matter of fact I imagine it sometimes. That is dangerous though because what if I'd really done it. We all get those urges, but it is best never to act on them. You are not alone in this area, just remember that those who will actually act on these feelings are NOT normal.
Everyone has the thought of hurting someone at some point. You want to punch the person who hit your friend, you want the child molester to be castrated, you want to slam the guys head in the bar that is a complete jerk making fun of your friend. Theses thoughts are normal.
What's not normal is acting on them without good cause. If you or someone you see is in danger, kick butt...other wise, have fun with the fantasy and use that as the stress reliever.
worse thought in my head if someone pissed me off or if i hated them with a passion would be to hit them in the face.. i've acted on it before too.. but nothing other than that
anger is a secondary emotion. the cycle works this way--something happens which triggers a thought, which triggers an emotion, which triggers a reaction, which triggers a consequece. 9 times out of 10 we get our feelings hurt, we just don't know how to say it. we go right to the anger part of the emotion, the secondary, when in all reality it was our feelings that got hurt. people react to hurt feelings and want to lash out, just like your question described. be aware of the situation. afterall, it's you that will suffer the consequence for hurting someone else.
Yes, everybody feels this way at some time in their lives, but the difference between being a normal person and a not so normal person is that a normal person does NOT act on their emotions and kill, hurt or maim the person they are angry at. Just chuck it up to life and try to steer clear of that person!
its great to imagine hitting someone or killing them in ur head... if u didnt think about it, ud probably just react on it... its better to have the thought than the action... plus if we didnt kill people in our head how else would they be dead to us to not be able to bother us n e more...
i totally think its normal and a really good get over...
yes, i've been to that point already that not just only hurt but i want to kill him for making me very angry. but then i know that doing something wrong to others just to take revenge or just to facipy the feeling he aroused in you is not good. and that it's not worth it anyway. i also dont want to have wrinkles.
I have got so mad I say red so to speake and did hurt someone, I stabbed them, and went to jail, you have to have control of your anger or you anger will control you...
there is a doctor, a head one but i do not know what they are called who you can go to and say anything you want!
i mean anything, like you want to hurt him or her, or go postal, and they just listen to what you say, they do not ask you cr@p or judge what you say. they are just a way to say the things that you would never tell anyone ever! and they can't tell anyone what you said!! it really works!
