How do you fall asleep in this bad sleeping weather ... way too hot where I am??
Question: I can't open the window because there's too many noises outside that will keep me up. I do have a fan, but that's only marginally helpful, and I only have like one blanket on my bed.
It's very difficult for me to fall asleep in this warm weather so I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what you do about it?
Answers: Take a shower it will make you feel good and will cool you off and then you should fall to sleep easily.

Take a bath before bedding for the night.
Drink warm milk.
Exercise during the day which will help you to sleep during the night.
Getting a cooler might be a good idea too.
id suggest you get real tired during the day. thats what mom said. also, drink a cup or to of chamomile tea or wellnes tea's(r) sleppytime tea or any calming tea. my faves are the Sleppytime wellnes tea and Chamomile. I ALSO have a bad habit of not getting to sleep for awhile! also try getting commfy, pulling the covers up in the way that works, or add a back pillow or a neck pillow as needed you can also try the warm-milk trick or take a nice cool bath with bubbles and a sooooothing massage
During the summer time I always place my fan right next to my bed and turn it on high. I gurantee this will keep you cool all night long!
feel your bathtub up with cool water lay down in it and go to sleep it will keep u cool all night
