There a way to feel full without food??


Question: If you want me to be more scientific, I wanna know if there is a way to release leptin in the brain (the hormone that produces satiety) without eating anything. (I am not on a starvation diet so give me the lectures)
Answers: there is a hunger suppressing supplement called hoodia its a plant extract its supposed to be the latest and greatest new supplement that a lot of manufactures put in their stuff now but you can buy just the extract in pill form too. A large glass of milk, or a large quantity of water. Not too much, or you will feel sick. This is why they say to drink a glass of water immediately prior to eating. It fills you up.

Well if you are fasting hunger goes away after two days. You will need to drink and take vitamins. Eating a lot of salads is healthy and will keep you from wanting to eat all that junk food. The more salads I eat the lest I crave for that take out! I'm also in a better mood!

If you don't get enough sleep, your body will stop or slow down the production of leptin. Which as you already know because its reflected in your question, the lack of prevents you from feeling full. If you feel like you get enough hours of sleep, consider being tested for a sleep disorder. The unknowing interrupted sleep maybe the culprit.
