My left eye twitches a lot from the past few days.Any idea why??

Answers: likely myokymia or benign eyelid twitch.

usually caused by: potassium deficiency, exhaustion (not enough sleep), stress, caffeine, sometimes happens for no reason

usually helped by: potassium intake (ie banana or multivitamin), warm compresses, topical antihistamines like OTC alaway , and of course more sleep, less stress, less caffeine, etc

seek medical attention if: it lasts more than 30 days or involves more muscles of your face than just your eyelid(s), for example cheek muscles
Most likely you're not getting enough sleep or you have too much stress built up. Relax and take a nap or two during the day. It might take a few days for the twitching to stop. I used to get them a lot!
